We have had first-hand experience witnessing the devastation of Motor Neurone Disease through our teammate and former #ETNZ Director Greg Horton. Greg has been and continues to be an undeniable inspiration to the team while fighting MND. . Through Greg we see the amazing work MND New Zealand do for the 300+ New Zealanders that are living with MND. That is why we are Proud to announce that we are to partner with MND New Zealand (the Motor Neurone Disease Association of New Zealand) as the official charity of the Team for the 36th America's Cup. . Help raise awareness of Motor Neurone Disease during this MND Awareness Week (17 - 23 June). MND awareness matters. Sharing your MND diagnosis is difficult – and it’s much worse when you have to repeatedly explain the effects of MND to loved ones. Greater public awareness of MND lessens this burden. . Your generosity makes a big difference too, so If you want to show your support by making a donation, please follow the link in our bio ☝️ and thanks for your support.?
Massive thanks to the great team at Wynyard Edge Alliance. The infrastructure around our base, including a new breakwater and pontoons, has now been completed and officially handed over and we couldn't be happier. Work is also near completion on the site where the other team bases will rise as can be seen on the left in this awesome ? photo. ?: @timescapes__ #AC36 #AmericasCup #Auckland2021 #Werebuildingthestage #WynyardEdgeAlliance #WEA
